Compass Classroom exists to equip the body of Christ to reach, teach, and train others to the glory of God.
Classes are open to all and free to attend. We invite everyone to attend a class each Sunday morning at Compass.
Four paths of study are designed to teach and train both heart and mind in a cumulative fashion. Follow one path until completion of Core classes, or mix and match as fits your interest and availability.

No human can think high enough or big enough about God. He so far surpasses our ability to grasp! Yet love compels us to know Him as He has revealed Himself in His Word. In this class, we’ll seek to unpack key concepts that God reveals about Himself, topics like: incommunicable & communicable attributes, the mystery of the Trinity, God’s eternal decree from time past, His working in providence in time present, the problem of evil, and God’s glory as the chief end of all existence. Join us as we behold our God.

As Christians, we assume that in order to be mature we have to keep our emotions in check, leading to unhelpful behaviors like ignoring our emotions or seeking to suppress them altogether. But is this what God intended for our emotions? When Christ redeems us through the Gospel, He redeems every part of us, including our emotions. Explore with us God’s intention behind giving us emotions and learn to engage them in ways that give Him glory.
Speaking about Jesus can be daunting! This class will equip you with five essential tactics to witness for him in everyday Christian living. We’ll also learn how to lovingly convict the conscience of sin and how to create a winsome culture at home and through church. With table discussions mixed in with the instruction, you’ll develop in your thinking and ability to reach the lost with the good news of Jesus Christ.
