In addition to our Life Groups and Partners program, we hold women’s events specifically designed to encourage and equip ladies to follow and serve the Lord!

The most common word women use to describe their lives is busy. We live in a fast-paced society with ever-increasing responsibilities and things to do, making busy quite the accurate description! But with the demands and pulls in your everyday life, is there one, non-negotiable focus that is prioritized above the rest? You’re invited to join us at “The Good Portion: The Necessary Focus of Busy Lives” Women’s Retreat 2025. In Luke 10:42 Jesus says, “but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.” Our time studying God’s Word will sharpen your focus and practically prepare you for strong and attainable “good portion time” in your daily life! We hope you’ll join us May 1-3 in McCall, Idaho!

HOLLY BLAKEY
Holly is our Lead Pastor's wife and considers it a tremendous gift to serve alongside her husband in ministry since getting married in 2011. She has a passion for teaching God's word to women so that they may love the Lord and obey him wholeheartedly! Pastor Ben and Holly have five children—Hannah, MacArthur, Jones, Watson, and Brooks.
DEB ANDREASEN
Deb and her family moved to Idaho from San Diego in 2020. Deb has been a dedicated homemaker, wife and homeschool teacher to her three children. Prior to having children, Deb earned her masters degree in nonprofit management from the University of San Diego while organizing galas, fundraisers, and putting together print and social media for a nonprofit. Deb enjoys applying her experience and love for the Lord as the women’s ministry events coordinator. Deb and her husband, Mark, delight in serving at Compass alongside their children, Zach, Rena, and Lucy.
