A healthy church will always need a growing number of spiritual leaders. God doesn’t just want Christians to be growing spiritually themselves; he wants each of us contributing to the growth of others and building up the body of Christ. This program exists to equip you to be this kind of mature church member that is investing in the lives of others. These videos are a companion to a workbook that will be given to you by your leader, or you can download it below. Fill in the blanks in each section as you watch the corresponding lecture.
